Sean Stratton

Business Development

30+ year IT career with 28 years of departmental leadership across regulated utilities, financial services, market research, oil & gas, and legal services. Has led cybersecurity change programs since 2005. Security Advisor

Former Chief Information Security Officer at the University of Alberta for 16 years, leading security governance, policy, and risk/incident management. Previously oversaw IT Security for the Alberta Cancer Board and served as Security Advisor for the Alberta Health Ministry. Holds an MSc plus CISM and CISSP designations.

AI Software Engineer

Career spanning AI software engineering, strategic systems architecture, and workflow automation. Deep expertise in high-velocity AI-native platforms, real-time communication systems, and secure data pipelines. At RESTIV, Brad drives cybersecurity compliance automation—architecting scalable workflows, ensuring system reliability, and securing operational frameworks as the company scales.

Michael Vallido

Full-Stack Developer

Full-Stack Software Developer with a BSc in Computer Science from UBC. Previously built enterprise software, real-time IoT platforms, and manufacturing automation systems. At RESTIV, Michael develops AI-enabled features and cloud infrastructure supporting secure GRC solutions, with a focus on software architecture, UI design, and reliable, maintainable software.

Saniya Jabir

Cybersecurity Administrator

Master's in Information Security and Privacy and Bachelor's in Technology, with prior experience as a Software Developer. Supports GRC initiatives across client engagements through security assessments, control mapping, and audit readiness aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and SIG. Focuses on application security, secure SDLC, vendor risk assessments, and privileged access management.
